Police are looking for a stocky man who scaled a Plexiglas cage in order to rob a money exchange booth. The incident happened January 6, 2014 at 7:45 p.m. at the International Currency Exchange on le Carrefour Blvd. in Laval. The suspect, a white man who spoke English, is 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs about 220 pounds and at the moment of the robbery, wore a black ski mask, grey sweat pants, black hoodie and carried a grey and black knapsack. Video surveillance shows him approaching the money-changing booth, jumping up on the counter and climbing over the 4-foot-high Plexiglas partition to actually enter the booth.
